fantastic location, great staff!

great location helpful staff

the location was perfect! it was easy to get to from the train station. danielle at the front desk was super helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. all of the staff were polite. i really appreciated that!

the noise outside was noticeable. it was difficult to ignore. perhaps better soundproofing would help reduce disturbance. the price felt a little high because of this noise problem.

the team was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with directions and suggestions for local attractions. the staff arranged a complimentary boat ride! it definitely added a special touch to my visit.

The hotel has excellent access to transportation. It is close to the train and bus stations. The staff were helpful. Daniel at the concierge provided great advice and arranged transportation. The hotel location overlooks a waterway.

The bus station near the hotel is noisy early. Working people arrive there at 5 am. The bad windows don't block much noise. I slept poorly.

noisy environment missing plug

the windows were not great. at 5 am, working people began arriving at the bus station. it was very noisy. i had a nice room but there was no plug for the bath.. seriously?
